A Look Ahead to the 2027 Session\nWyoming’s Food Freedom Act has opened new opportunities for home producers to sell homemade food and beverages directly to their neighbors. As lawmakers prepare for the 2027 legislative session\, the law—and how it may evolve—is receiving renewed attention. \nFirst passed in 2015\, the Food Freedom Act allows many homemade foods and beverages to be sold directly to consumers without the licensing and inspection requirements of a traditional commercial kitchen.
